The Winchester SX4 Waterfowl Hunter Semi-Auto Shotgun has improved ergonomics over the previous SX3 model, being slimmer and lighter, with a slightly forward balance point for fluid swinging and follow through. Larger, redesigned operating controls (safety, bolt handle, and bolt release) and a larger trigger guard facilitate getting on target quickly, as well as safe operation. An Inflex Technology recoil pad utilizes directional deflection to pull the comb down and away from the shooter’s face, creating greater comfort and allowing for faster follow up shots. The SX4 uses Winchester’s Active Valve System that automatically self-adjusts, allocating the exact gas pressure necessary. Critical for any semi-automatic shotgun used by avid waterfowl hunters who hunt multiple species in varied habitats. When firing heavy magnum loads gases vent upward and out of the Quadra-Vent ports in the forearm, further regulating bolt speed. The SX4 Waterfowl Hunter Semi-Auto Shotgun uses the proven Invector-Plus interchangeable choke tube system that works hand-in-hand with the back-bored barrel to reduce shot deformation and promote the uniform shot patterns you need to wallop birds at long range. A TRUGLO fiber-optic front sight offers a precise sight picture in a variety of light conditions. A reversible crossbolt safety button is located on the rear of the trigger guard for quick access, and the trigger group easily drops out for field cleaning. Includes 3 chokes: F, M, and IC.
